Marathon & Eliminator MTB National Championships
Cycling New Zealand are excited to partner with the Whaka100 Mountain Bike Marathon to host a dual championship weekend with the 2024 Marathon MTB and Eliminator MTB National Championships being contested from 25 - 27 October 2024 in Rotorua.
Both events are UCI Sanctioned Championships.
We're excited to continue our partnership with the Whaka100 MTB Marathon to host the Marathon MTB National Championships on 27 October 2024 in Rotorua.
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY AND CRITERIA
- The Marathon Championship is open to all New Zealand riders with a 2024 Cycling New Zealand Annual Licence regardless of being elite or masters etc. Click here to purchase a Cycling New Zealand Annual Licence.
- Riders aged 19 or over (as at 31 December 2024)
- All riders are encouraged to be a member of a MTBNZ/CNZ Affiliated MTB Club
- Day licences are not available
NATIONAL JERSEY & MEDALS
- National Jersey will be awarded to the first eligible male & female riders no matter where they place in the Whaka100.
- National Championship medals will be awarded to the top 3 eligible male & female riders no matter where they place in the Whaka100.
